As we may already know that project management set a very important role in any businesses, the project manager (PM) shall be responsible from the initial stage to completion of the project. Thus, T.I.C organized an internal training session to provide PMs the basic knowledge and skills at works. Along with that, the attendants also participated in an assessment test.
