The National Assembly building was officially completed in October 2014. Located on Independence Road (opposite Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum), the building is 39 meters high. This is the first large office building belonging to the central office block, which was newly built after 1975 and is considered the most complicated and scale ever built by Vietnamese contractors.
